sim serves mainly foreign customers. Services provided by sim are extensive and therefore the Project Manager will need to be flexible and handle various projects and customers in the same time.


The Job encloses but is not limited to the following tasks:

a) Handle & Supervise Customer Mandates

  • To provide accountant services in support of various projects executed by sim
  • Be responsible for Customer mandates
  • Prepare, handle and defend all the financial reports, such as Budget, Balance Sheet, P&L, cash flow for key accounts
  • Handle the customers independently
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Overall responsibility for all
  • Handle the coordination in clients’audit process;
  • Deal with customers’ requests
  • be responsible for the execution of high quality accounting practices, accuracy and internal controlling of bookings, accounting procedures and payments
  • Ensure the flawless initial setup for new clients’ accounting system;
  • have customer contact for companies managed re finance/tax/accounting issues
  • Prepare, handle and defend all the financial reports, such as Budget, Balance Sheet, P&L, cash flow for key accounts
  • Meet and communicate with clients regularly to fully understand the needs and requirements of clients;
  • Liaise with tax officer and maintain good relationship with relevant government authorities;
  • Handle and respond to routine client administrative concerns;

 b) Lead the Accounting Department

  • Lead a team of several (junior) accountants independently
  • Foster and enhance the implemented accounting, reporting and controlling system in order to meet requirements from customers and comply with PRC and international regulations.
  • Manage a team of accountants on effective utilization, recovery and to ensure team quality client service;
  • supervise the execution of daily accounting practices and preparation of various reporting
  • Supervise and ensure the timely and diligent preparation of clients monthly vouchers, financial report and analysis to ensure the accuracy in recording and reporting to client on a timely basis;
  • Coach and responsible for the work performed by the accountant in charged under the assigned client portfolio;
  • Supervise and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly closing and prepare reporting package for clients;
  • supervise the preparation, handling and execution of financial reports, such as Budget, Balance Sheet, P&L, cash flow for customer accounts
  • Handle team internal HR matters, such as replacements and interns
  • Give internal training to the team
  • Responsible to enhance the team if necessary

c) Any other assignments

  • execute or supervise any other assignments and tasks within this work-scope that might be assigned by the GM


The candidate shall bring the following qualifications into the company:

  • Official Accounting certificate
  • College graduated or above.
  • English level: CET-6 or above

Working Experience            工作经验

  • 5 years Working experience in international companies
  • Experience in office management
  • Experience in team leading
  • Experience in dealing directly with business clients at mid to top management level, desiring and capable in understanding and learning business of the company, good PC operation skills, very good oral and written skills in English and Chinese


  • Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related disciplines;
  • 5-7 years and more experience in areas of accounting & tax; financial review, management accounting, etc.;
  • Demonstrate a good knowledge in PRC GAAP, PRC Tax Laws and Regulations and forex regulation;
  • Excellent knowledge of computer skill including MS Office, Kingdee, and/or UFIDA
  • Excellent command of both English and Chinese; any other language is a plus
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time-management skills and with strong sense of responsibilities;
  • Excellent commitment to job, positive initiative, a good team player and with right attitude to work;
  • Technically competent in resolving day to day operations relating to tax and accounting matters.
