To support you in your operational management, sim is able to accept a mandate for taking on executive operational management on your behalf. We'll put together a strong, efficient team, which will carry out duties and be in position to eventually run your business later in an independent manner.
To date, sim has served under mandate on several occasions, providing the entire operational management for various companies, primarily functioning as General Manager, Managing Director, CFO or Coach.
